A private money lender is a non-institutional (non-bank) individual or company that loans money, secured by a note and deed of trust, for the purpose of funding a real estate transaction.

What we offer to our lenders:

• Yields (return on investment) starting at 8% and higher
• The Loan is secured with a 1^st Trust Deed
• We offer loans from $20,000 and go up as high as a lender wants to invest
• Loan lengths as short as 1 year and as long as 12 years
• The lender decides what type of properties they are comfortable lending on
• We provide the lender with a loan package for review
• We offer multi-lender loans
• We handle all loan documents through our in-house escrow
• All underwriting is completed by our loan agents
• We have a loan servicing department to take care of servicing the loan once the loan funds
• We are CA DRE licensed and fully compliant
